Advisory Board Member

Raymond holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, an MBA in finance with post graduate studies in law and business. He has worked for 40 years in accounting, budgeting, merger and acquisition early on then in banking for 25 years. He has further created and owned many businesses from construction to nightclubs to motels. During the last 25 years Raymond has been a federal reserve bank officer and the CFO, CLO, FLO, for a small $350 million Federal Reserve Bank, responsible for all planning, budgeting, accounting, audits, compliance, reporting and operations. During this time was instrumental in the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley regulatory changes keeping the bank healthy and compliant. Further, he holds an MLO, and has completed most of the bankers online continuing education.

Director of International Relations

Ms.Gidget has over 10 years of experience in risk, operations, payment processing, IT and new business development. She is a CIO and Secretary of Lock Trust Inc. which is a fully licensed PCI DSS Level 1 compliant FinTech company in the United States of America, and the Operations Director in a company based in the United Kingdom which is a former agent of an electronic money institution.
She is instrumental in overseeing the Risk Department and manages all corporate relationships with legal counsel, banks and International relations; including planning, audits, compliance, reporting operations, and implementation policies and regulatory changes keeping the firm healthy and compliant.

Founder & CEO

Founder and CEO of Cash Flow Consultants Inc., a Registered Legacy ISO with JP Morgan Chase Bank, Elavon, and a past ISA for 5/3 Bank. With over 20 years of both low & high risk merchant processing experience, her clients have ranged from Blockbuster Video, national hardware chains to specializing in hard-to-place accounts. Gina has done consulting work for banks and ACH companies, assisting with integrations into First Data platform and setting up new programs to help expand their client base. In addition to her long-term career in finance, she has raised four successful children, and is a strong advocate for underprivileged youth. She currently holds an active position in Project Dreams, Inc., a non-profit organization that sponsors programs in the performing arts and sports to keep kids off the streets and off of drugs.

Software Engineer

As Lock Trust’s software support engineering consultant, Johnny provides network programming and engineering technical services to the development of the products. His deep experience in lead role engineering for large-scale systems across a range of technology companies provide us with the expert support in troubleshooting technical problems and directing rebuilding efforts; as well as document and monitor escalations.

Born and raised in New York City, Moved to Brussels, Belgium then Paris, France where he earned his Math/Physics Baccalaureate. Back in the US he attended Lafayette College in Easton, PA, earning a BS in mechanical engineering and BA in economics.

Around 2013 he co-founded Bay Area Multi Family Meetup (BAMF), an educational group dedicated to teaching people about commercial investing and helping them put their hard-earned wealth to work for them. Mr Landau has been working in financing field for over 30 years – financing of real estate, originating and processing real estate loans. He managed a team of licensed loan brokers for 11 years (1997 – 2008), and since 2012 he is a CEO of a real estate company, where his responsibilities cover, inter alia, raising of equity from individual investors (syndication), acquisition of debt from financial institutions, management of the properties, accounting and reporting, etc.
